Our site is located at Jemaluang in the District of Mersing, Johor. We have a large quantity of sand available for projects in Mersing and other parts of Johor, such as the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project in Pengerang, Johor which require a huge amount of sand.
 
Details of our operations are as follows
 
Location of our operation  :    Jemaluang in the District of Mersing, Johor

Daily Capacity                       :    20,000 metric tonnes
Total Capacity                       :    50 million metric tonnes
Estimated Life of Stock      :    20 years

Our prices inclusive of transportation charges from our site in Jemaluang, Johor to the RAPID project in Pengerang, Johor or to a location of about similar distance (140km) are as follow:

Washed Sand (Fine)             :   RM 45 per metric tonne
Washed Sand (Coarse)        :   RM 40 per metric tonne
Dumping Sand                      :   RM 37 per metric tonne

Delivery to a location with a distance that is longer than that stated above will incur additional transportation charges.

For delivery of dumping sand to the Mestika Heritage Island project in Melaka, our price is RM 32 per metric tonne. The dumping sand will be loaded on barges at a jetty in Endau for delivery to the jetty in Merlimau, Johor.
